This is the version that complies with 100% of the standards required by the FIA to participate in W2RC events, the Dakar Rally, and the Bajas. This model comes with the highest level of safety in all components (carbon fiber body). The brand (Sparco or OMP) is optional. It also includes all the equipment needed to start (medical kit, emergency kit, hydraulic jack, carbon fiber spare parts, connections for navigation equipment, and camelback). The car is delivered ready for technical inspection with FIA homologation.

The 1.0 TSI, Volkswagen's compact marvel from the EA211 series, debuted in 2015, marking VW's ambitious downsizing. It flaunts a die-cast aluminum block, a unique open-deck design, and a powerful 3-cylinder turbocharged heart. Its aluminum cylinder head integrates an exhaust manifold, ensuring minimum exhaust volume associated with twin VVT to minimise turbo lag and provide strong low end torque (above 285Nm) and a peak power of 130kW

Chassis Colours

Part of the experience that we propose from Taurus is that each of the customers can choose the color of the chassis in the range of Taurus colors. Once the reservation is made, the new owner defines the color.

Differential

The same differential housing is used in both the front and rear differential. It lowers the part costs needed to tackle a rally.

Transmission Permanent 4x4

The well know ETV full sequential gear box from 3MO have be tailored with dedicated gear ratio and drop gear to deliver best acceleration to the maximum speed of 135 km/h whatever the road conditions.

The gearbox is links with the engine with Tilton clutch system. 2 options are available:

  • Single disk with dedicated release bearing spacer.
  • Double disk with dedicated release bearing spacer.

the lubrication is ensured by a mechanical oil pump with internal lubrication system or with splash lubrication technology. A 4+4 discs version (up to 16 friction faces) of the self-locking differential is available

TENSOR: Recently tested at the Portugal Rally 2023 The Dakar is a cross-country style rally and one of the most difficult motorsport events in the world. Cross-country rallies also known as “Rally Raid” events, consist of timed off-road stages called Specials and transit sections which move the competitors between specials and the service camp known as the Bivuoac. At several times during the event, the Bivuoac will move to different locations requiring the entire population of the rally including organization assets and team service vehicles to the new location.   • AB0514 : DG10 – E-MIC. It’s a DG10 dedicated to Raid/x-country competitions with dedicated and improved filters, no Bluetooth, female connections to help prevent cable connection failures. Adapter cables are required for one unit (optional) 
  • AB0507 This is available in the market and here below you can see the features of the intercom. We have implemented in this intercom and important feature in its environment. It is not possible to open it and it is specially treated to prevent the inside of the intercom from being affected by temperature changes, humidity, water and heat conditions making it much more resistant to failure (typical rust and the like).
  • AB0516 : DG10 - Raid E-MIC. Same as above (COMMS - AB0507)
