Service 1 – Spare Parts and General Engineering Support
Spare Parts Support
We offer a spare parts truck stationed at the bivouac where you can purchase necessary parts. This service is intended as a backup in case you run out of spare parts or forget to bring them. We still recommend purchasing all expected spare parts in advance.
Engineering Support
Data Analysis: Provide your data via USB at our support center for expert analysis.
On-site Advice: Receive setup and technical issue guidance directly at the location.
WhatsApp Support Group (🇬🇧): Daily advice and tips for the next day's challenges.
Financial Details To utilize this service, we are considering the following pricing model:
Fixed Fee: € 2,500 per car, granting you access to the service.
Spare Parts Pricing: The first € 10,000 of parts purchased from the truck will be at the standard catalog price. Any amount exceeding this will be charged at 200% of the catalog price.
This pricing structure is designed to encourage customers to pre-purchase necessary spare parts and not rely entirely on Taurus' supply. The subscription fee helps cover the costs of entry, staff, and equipment required during events like the Dakar Rally.
Service 2 – Dedicated Engineering Support
Engineer: EUR 950 per day, sharable among up to 3 cars.
Travel costs & Inscription not included.
