2024: A year of growth, challenges overcome, and incredible results
- Outstanding participation in the W2RC (World Rally-Raid Championship): Taurus established itself as one of the most competitive teams in the category, achieving exceptional milestones:
- We won 65% of the stages in the W2RC, standing out with first and second place finishes in the 2024 Dakar Rally. We are especially proud that Valentina became the first woman to win the Co-Driver Challenge World Championship, completing the entire process aboard a Taurus. Congratulations, Valentina!
- We secured second and third places in 56% of the stages in the championship.
- Remarkable performance in the Baja World Championship: Our performance in the Baja World Championship was also outstanding, with victories in several key races that positioned us among the best in the championship:
- Memorable triumphs in Greece, Aragón, Portalegre, Morocco, and the recent Baja Jeddah.
- Preparations for the 2025 Dakar Rally: We have dedicated months of effort to perfecting our fleet of UTVs, incorporating cutting-edge technology, and ensuring that our teams and clients are in optimal condition for the most challenging competition on the calendar. In the 2025 Dakar, our main objective is to make our clients the true protagonists. To achieve this, we will provide a 6x6 truck equipped with the assistance of an engineer and spare parts. This unique service reflects our philosophy that our official team includes all our clients.
- Innovation and sustainability: This year, we took a step forward in our pursuit of a more sustainable motorsport, implementing improvements in our vehicles and logistics operations to reduce our environmental impact. Additionally, we democratized access to information, allowing our clients to purchase vehicles and spare parts directly, without intermediaries or commissions.
